She listened to my situation and when a demo Buick Regal was returned she suggested that I drive it home while awaiting the final report on the repairs. Diane explained a few of the car’s features and helped me remove groceries and other items from my Century. The next morning after learning the extent of the repairs she followed up with a phone call.
